All prices stated are in EURO, including half board, and all taxes, per person and night
Starting with summer 2012 the city tax will not be included in the prices anymore and will be charged with € 1.10 per person per night. Children younger than 15 years do not have to pay for the city tax.
CATERING
If you only want to book an overnight stay with breakfast, we would ask that you make this clear when you are making your reservation. We subtract EUR 10. - per person and day from the half-board price. Packages are only available as half board options. There is no refund for services which are not availed of.
PETS
We charge EUR 10.- per day for small pets, not including feed. We regret that your pet is not permitted in the restaurant or the swimming pool area.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in from 1.00 p.m. on the day you arrive
Check-out by 11.00 a.m. on the day you depart
BOOKING
To make your reservation binding, please send us confirmation in writing. To secure your booking a deposit of 30% of the full amount per person must be taken from your credit card. By providing your credit card number you automatically accept our cancellation conditions.

VALIDITY OF PRICES
When the new price list is published the previous list is no longer valid. Subject to changes in prices, printing errors and mistakes, and also changes to offers.
PAYMENT
Payment of your bill can be made in cash, with an EC card, Visa card or with Eurocard-Mastercard.
RESERVING SPECIFIC ROOMS
Please note that it is possible to reserve room categories, but not specific rooms and floors.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Free cancellation is available 36 days before you are due to arrive!

From 35 days to 22 days before you arrive, 20 % of the total invoice amount is charged.

From 21 days to 8 days before arrival 50 % of the total invoice amount is charged.

From 7 days to 0 days before your arrival 80 % of the total invoice amount is charged.
We regret that upon early departure or late arrival only meals to the value of EUR 20.00 per person and day can be reimbursed.
