All prices stated are in EURO, and all taxes.
The city tax is excluded in the prices and will be charged with € 2.00 per person per night. Children younger than 15 years do not have to pay for the city tax.

You have the opportunity to book your holidays incl. breakfast, Gourmet half-board or Deluxe half-board. There is no refund for services which are not availed of.

Dogs are not permitted in the hotel. Animals are not allowed on hotel grounds.

Check-in from 2.00 p.m. on the day you arrive
Check-out by 11.00 a.m. on the day you depart

To make your reservation binding, please send us confirmation in writing. To secure your booking a deposit of 30% of the full amount per person must be taken from your credit card. By providing your credit card number you automatically accept our cancellation conditions.

When the new price list is published the previous list is no longer valid. Subject to changes in prices, printing errors and mistakes, and also changes to offers.

Seasonal or weather-caused changes or cancellations of pre-announced hotel events and outside services are possible.

The Hotel Sonnblick Fam. Muxel GmbH owes the transport services with the lift and cable car systems that at least some of the facilities are ready for operation. By nature, some of the equipment may always be closed for maintenance, malfunction or other reasons. In the pre- and post-season is in any case to be expected with limited lift and slope offer. Should the operation of the lift and cableway installations be partially or wholly suspended due to snow and weather conditions or other reasons of force majeure, Hotel Sonnblick Fam. Muxel GmbH has nevertheless provided its services in accordance with the contract. The operation of the lifts and cable cars can also be set if the slopes are not passable due to lack of snow. The risk of accidental impossibility of performance is therefore the user. This means that the user cannot request reimbursement of the fee.

Payment of your bill can be made in cash, with an EC card, Visa card, Amex or with Eurocard-Mastercard.


Postponing direct bookings up to 48 hours before arrival under the following conditions.
• Illness of travelers (medical certificate)
• Accident of travelers (proof)
• Death in the family (proof)
• Flight cancellation


Cancellation conditions for COVID -19 restrictions*
Cancellation free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival, from 47 hours before arrival 100% of the total amount will be charged.
In the event of a no-show, 100% will be charged! (excluding non-refundable rates).

We promise a 100% money-back guarantee should Covid-19 entry bans, border closings or entry bans be imposed
(excluding non-refundable rates).

General cancellation conditions
Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged from 29 days to 1 day before arrival.
In the event of no-show, 100% will be charged!

General cancellation conditions for Christmas & New Year's Eve
Cancellation free of charge up to 45 days before arrival, from 44 days to 1 day before arrival 30% of the total amount will be charged.
In the event of a no-show, 100% will be charged!

In case of booking a non-refundable room rate (10% lower price), the total reservation will be charged and is non-refundable or transferable.

Free cancellation is available 60 days prior arrival
From 59 days until 30 days prior arrival 30% of the total amount will be charged,
from 29 days until 15 days prior arrival 50% of the total amount will be charged,
from 14 days until 1 day prior arrival 80% of the total amount will be charged,
in case of NO SHOW or departure ahead of time 100% of the total amount will be charged.

We like to point out that the hotel has the right to cancel a reservation from the booking client withing 24 hour after receipt.

When is a free cancellation possible until arrival:
• The Austrian authority imposes a ban on tourist accommodation
• Austrian authorities imposed an entry ban for tourists.
• Hotel is closed due to Corona cases in the hotel

The following reasons cannot be canceled:
• The main guest or fellow travelers are sick with Corona or K1 / K2
• Quarantine on return home because not vaccinated
• Entry ban because not vaccinated
• You are not allowed to enter the hotel because the guest not been vaccinated
